Can a parking officer save a city?

Parking Officer Jon Rupret is desperate to move up from handing out parking tickets. But an impulsive act from his past sets him on a dangerous path, throwing him into Operation Anti-RACE, a unit determined to stop the violent and dangerous group known as RACE.

Rupret is partnered with veteran detective Phillip Beadsworth, who is less than thrilled to be working with him. Beadsworth knows more than he reveals, and Rupret can’t shake the feeling that he’s in way over his head.

As RACE edges closer to releasing their deadly new drug, Rupret must use all his wits and strength to stop them.
